Wushu
|
|
Widely known as Kung Fu, is an umbrella name used to describe over 100 different styles of Chinese martial
arts. Literally translated, "wu" meaning military and "shu" meaning art, wushu represents the art of fighting or martial arts.

|
Tai Chi Chuan
|
|
Tai Chi considered an internal or soft style of martial art that has been practiced in China for hundreds of years.
Originally developed as a form of fighting, Tai Chi has been simplified over the years to allow people to also practice it for its numerous health benefits.

Self Defense
|
|
Self Defense and applications training class take what is taught in the core TCWR programs and applies it towards
practical real-life situations. This is a self-defense class that combines the theories of northern, southern, internal and Chin-Na (grappling and locking) martial arts into one 30 minute training session.

If you are interested in becoming a TCWR member, please feel free to visit us. This will give you the opportunity
to watch the classes and meet our coaches. Interested parties will need to be 18 years or older to fill out the application form without the signature of a parent or legal guardian.
